Hi! My name is Divya and I’m a leadership coach. Before taking the leap of faith that led me to coaching leaders full-time, I worked at a handful of different Silicon Valley tech companies, wearing hats in user experience and product management.  

I was first introduced to coaching when I was VP of Product at an AI startup. I joined a coach-facilitated circle with a group of peers, and expected we’d be exchanging product roadmapping tips. What I experienced was so much more impactful and transformative than I could have ever imagined, and I was immediately intrigued - I found what I was missing in my understanding of leadership. I learned to gradually shift my focus from deadlines, pressure and process, to authenticity, intention and purpose. 

As a coach, my goal is to help you show up as the leader you wish to be, and multiply your impact across your team.  I draw from my hands-on leadership experience and my training in highly-effective frameworks based on energy awareness to help you tackle your deepest challenges. I help you build awareness around the beliefs you hold, the patterns you default to, and the values that serve you best. These insights clear the way for you to identify and commit to achievable and sustainable next steps, and make steady progress toward your boldest dreams. Leadership is not easy, but my mission is to help you lead with confidence and conviction.
